As we head into the holiday season, I want to take a moment to share why our Year-End Appeal is so critical every year—and especially this year. As many of you know, our housing portfolio has faced significant challenges, including unusually high delinquencies. As we close out 2025, our budget reflects the impact of these pressures. While we continue working diligently to change this trajectory, year-end donations will help us bridge the gaps we are experiencing right now. L
