Older Adult Housing (EUCC)
Housing Hope is excited to break ground on our next affordable housing community in fall 2026! Located at 2624 Rockefeller Avenue, the new community will be built on land generously made available by Everett United Church of Christ at a reduced price, reflecting the church’s commitment to helping create more affordable housing and serve our neighbors in need. This new development is being thoughtfully designed to serve one of the fastest-growing groups experiencing housing instability and homelessness: older adults.
The 67-unit community will introduce a new housing model for Housing Hope, expanding the range of affordable housing options available in Everett. Homes will be available to individuals age 55 and older and will include units serving households at a range of
low-income levels. We are also excited to partner with HumanGood Affordable Housing, a national nonprofit affordable senior housing owner and developer, whose experience serving older adults will help bring this new community to life.
Construction is expected to begin in fall 2026, with completion anticipated in 2028. Check back here for updates, milestones, and photos as construction progresses.
We are deeply grateful to Everett United Church of Christ, our donors and funding partners, our architects and design team, and the many community members and partners who have helped shape this project. We cannot wait to begin this next chapter in Housing Hope’s history and bring a new model of affordable housing to Everett.

Rising housing costs and limited affordable options are putting more older adults at risk of homelessness, and this new housing model will provide a safe, stable and affordable place to call home for older adults in Snohomish County.
