Older Adult Housing (EUCC)
Housing Hope is breaking ground on it's next housing development in October 2026! Occupying land donated by Everett United Church of Christ at 2624 Rockefeller Ave, this latest addition to our portfolio is being specifically designed to serve one of the fastest growing demographics facing homelessness, older adults.
Featuring 66 units, this new housing model will be a first for Housing Hope and will work to bring relief to an often overlooked group. Units will be available for individuals and families over the age of 55 and will feature a mixture of low-income and affordable housing units with various AMI thresholds.
We look forward to beginning construction of this new housing community and expect the project to be completed in 2029. Keep an eye on this page for updates and progress photos throughout the construction process.
Thank you to EUCC, our donors, our architects and design team, and everyone that has helped shape this project into it's final form. We can not wait to begin this next chapter in Housing Hope's history, and bring a new housing model to Everett!
