Affordable Housing

Housing Hope has two types of housing: Low Income Housing for households who are currently experiencing homelessness and income-restricted Affordable Housing for households who are not necessarily experiencing homelessness, but cannot afford market rate rent. All of our apartments designated for households experiencing homelessness are filled through Snohomish County’s Coordinated Entry System. 

 

➡️ If you are currently experiencing homelessness and are looking for subsidized housing, call 2-1-1 and asked to be connected to a Housing Navigator to be put on the Coordinated Entry waiting list. Coordinated Entry is the ONLY way to access low income housing available in Snohomish County. Coordinated Entry works through the waitlist in the order of applicants, so we highly recommend applying the moment your housing is in jeopardy.

 

Below are links to all Housing Hope’s available AM I (Area Median Income)  Affordable Housing. To qualify, households must earn less than 50% of the areas median income levels, and have total monthly income of at least 1.5 times the rental amount. Individual apartments may have additional qualifications based on state and federal funding requirements. If you are interested in any of these available apartments, click on the link, create an account (you will need to register for a new account for each property), and submit an application. A Community Manager will reach out to you for additional information to determine if the apartment is a good fit for your household.

During the transition period, our Affordable Housing page will be undergoing substantial changes to reflect the updates being made to our regional property management.
