Join us on October 1st to celebrate the groundbreaking of our latest housing development, and a first of its kind for Washington State! Scriber Place is a joint project between Housing Hope, the Edmonds School District, and others to develop affordable housing specifically for children and families on surplus school property.

This year, our theme is "Welcome to Our Neighborhood" - a celebration of the many vibrant communities within Snohomish County. You’ll see and hear the direct impact of your support on households across Snohomish County and Camano Island. We’ll also show you how housing and supportive services fit into our communities, helping families build brighter futures right where they live.

We will honor the dedicated service of our HopeWorks Board—past and present—as we unveil the newly renovated Kindred Catering Kitchen, made possible by a generous grant from the Gates Foundation.

Celebrating our President's Circle

Last night, we had the joy of gathering with our President’s Circle supporters at Kindred Kitchen to celebrate the impact we’ve built together and the future we’re creating for Snohomish County families. Guests enjoyed an incredible Korean–Mediterranean fusion menu prepared by Kindred Kitchen’s job training trainees, introduced by Cody, our Kindred Kitchen trainer whose leadership and passion make our mission come to life every day. We Broke Ground!

What an incredible day we shared together on October 1st at the groundbreaking of Scriber Place! The atmosphere was filled with hope and encouragement as we gathered to celebrate a vision that began exactly five years ago — with just one email — and has grown into something so much bigger than any one of us. Together, we are building a first-of-its-kind housing community in Washington State, created especially for children and families who need it most.
