Community of Hope 2027

Join us on Wednesday February 24th, 2027 for Community of Hope, our annual dinner specifically benefiting East Snohomish County properties and services. Funds raised stay in East County to support and honor our formerly unhoused residents and their journeys toward stability, independence, and growth.
Our fan favorite Dessert Dash is back! Due to the overwhelming success of last year, proceeds from the Dessert Dash will support sending children from East County housing communities to summer camp in 2027, in partnership with The Boys & Girls Club of Monroe and The YMCA of Snohomish County.
Whether you’re a longtime attendee or this will be your first time, you truly won’t want to miss this special evening!

Groundbreaking - Older Adult Housing Community

Please join us on October 27 to celebrate the groundbreaking of Housing Hope’s next affordable housing community in Everett!
The new community will be built at 2624 Rockefeller Avenue on land that Everett United Church of Christ (EUCC) generously made available to Housing Hope, a decision rooted in the church’s mission and commitment to the community.
Featuring 67 affordable homes for adults age 55 and older, the development will help address the growing need for affordable housing among older adults in Snohomish County. Completion is expected in 2028.
No need to RSVP. The event begins at 11:30 am at 2624 Rockefeller Ave, Everett, WA 98201. We hope to see you there!

Scriber Groundbreaking

Join us on October 1st to celebrate the groundbreaking of our latest housing development, and a first of its kind for Washington State! Scriber Place is a joint project between Housing Hope, the Edmonds School District, and others to develop affordable housing specifically for children and families on surplus school property.
Stone Soup 2026

Stone Soup, Housing Hope's signature fundraising gala, returns on May 15, 2026! This year we are shining a light on the importance of stable housing for children as they progress through the school system. Titled “Building for Tomorrow,” our program will focus on McKinney-Vento families and the cascading impact of homelessness on a child’s development. Earlier this year we broke ground on Scriber Place, a first of it’s kind for Washington State and our latest affordable housing project that utilizes surplus school land to develop housing specifically for families with students facing homelessness. This exciting new style of housing is vital to addressing a community’s needs exactly where they are at, while creating another robust layer of support for our local communities.
Kindred Summer Dinner 2025

We will honor the dedicated service of our HopeWorks Board—past and present—as we unveil the newly renovated Kindred Catering Kitchen, made possible by a generous grant from the Gates Foundation.

Housing Hope's Summer Dinner event series returns this July 16th! Following the success of our inaugural event, we wanted to evolve the concept even further for 2026 and beyond by partnering with top local restaurants and guest chefs to elevate the dining experience and provide unique opportunities for HopeWorks Trainees.
Please join us for a benefit dinner for Tomorrow’s Hope prepared by the Culinary Training Academy in collaboration with our first ever guest, Chef Mike Lim, from 16Eleven. You'll enjoy a world-class dinner, hear about all the amazing work happening at our social enterprises, and get an intimate chance to mingle with our leadership team.
