Our Leadership Staff

Housing Hope's professional, mission-driven staff provides leadership in the day-to-day operations of Housing Hope. Housing Hope's Administration, including all department offices, are centrally located in Everett.

While our search for the next CEO continues, following Donna Moulton's departure in February 2025, Kat Opina has been appointed as the Interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective immediately.

Our Strategic Leadership Team (SLT) will be stewarding the organization, along side the Executive Committee of the Board and the Interim Chief Executive Officer until a new CEO is hired.

Meet the Board of Directors

Housing Hope has a dynamic group of volunteers, and leaders in their communities and industries, dedicated to helping solve the family homelessness issue in Snohomish County. We'd also like to thank our Board Emeritus, who have provided years of dedicated support to our organization.

Regional Boards

HH_neighborhood-dots.png

Housing Hope's Board of Directors created three Regional Boards –one in the East area of Snohomish County, one in the North area of Snohomish County, one in the South area of Snohomish County, and our latest board focusing on Everett – to ensure that Housing Hope remains responsive to the housing needs of the local communities in the outlying areas of the County.

These four formal groups of citizen volunteers meet monthly, offering advice and recommendations to agency staff and the Board of Directors on local need and priorities for development, programs and strategic goals. Members raise awareness of Housing Hope within their region and participate in efforts to raise funds that support motivated homeless families.

North County Regional Board

The North County Regional Branch Board, created in 2004, serves local communities in the North and Northeast areas of Snohomish County and on Camano Island.

East County Regional Board

The East County Regional Board serves local communities in the Sky Valley areas of East Snohomish County. When the Board organized in 2003, Board members adopted a goal to create 100 affordable housing. With the completion of Monroe Family Village in Fall 2015, they will have surpassed this goal.
