Scriber Place Progress Tour With Congressman Rick Larsen - July 2026

Exciting things are happening at Scriber Place! This week, Housing Hope had the honor of welcoming Congressman Rick Larsen for a tour of Scriber Place and to see firsthand the incredible progress being made on our next housing community!

Scriber Place is a first-of-its-kind partnership with the Edmonds School District, transforming a former baseball field into 52 affordable homes specifically for families with students experiencing homelessness in the district. Every day our incredible construction team is bringing us one step closer to providing stability, opportunity, and a place to call home for local families. Construction is on schedule, and we're looking forward to welcoming families in February or March 2027.

We're eternally grateful for Rep. Larsen's steadfast support of affordable housing and his leadership in Congress, including support for the recently passed 21st Century Road to Housing Act, which will help communities like ours create more affordable homes.
