2025 Impact Report - Our Impact, In Numbers

As I reflect on 2025, I am filled with gratitude for the remarkable community that makes Housing Hope's work possible. This year, we witnessed firsthand the power of compassion, partnership, and perseverance as we continued our mission to create affordable housing and strengthen communities across Snohomish County.

Every day, thousands of families face impossible choices between paying rent, putting food on the table, accessing healthcare, or providing opportunities for their children. At Housing Hope, we believe no one should have to make those choices alone. Safe, stable housing is more than a roof overhead. It is the foundation upon which families build brighter futures, children thrive, and communities flourish.

This year, thanks to the generosity of donors, the dedication of our staff and volunteers, and the collaboration of public and private partners, we expanded our impact in meaningful ways. Together, we helped individuals and families access affordable housing, strengthen their financial stability, and move closer to achieving their goals. We celebrated new housing opportunities, supported residents through challenges, and continued investing in programs that create pathways toward long-term success.

While we are proud of what we accomplished, we recognize that the need in our community remains significant. Rising housing costs, economic uncertainty, and barriers to opportunity continue to affect many of our neighbors. These challenges call for innovative solutions, courageous leadership, and sustained commitment. Housing Hope remains steadfast in our belief that housing is the cornerstone of a thriving community and that every person deserves the opportunity to live with dignity, stability, and hope.

As I began serving as the permanent CEO of Housing Hope , I was inspired daily by the resilience of the people we serve and the dedication of those who support this mission. I have seen the extraordinary impact that occurs when a community comes together around a shared vision: a region where everyone has access to safe, affordable housing and the opportunity to achieve their full potential.

To our residents, supporters, volunteers, community partners, and employees: thank you. Your commitment makes every success story possible. The achievements highlighted in this report belong to all of us.

As we look ahead, we will continue building housing, creating opportunities, and strengthening the systems that help families not only survive, but thrive. Together, we are building more than homes. We are building hope.
