This year at Stone Soup we wanted to celebrate the many things that make our neighborhoods unique, and at the heart of these neighborhoods are our Family Support Coaches.
The role of Family Support Coaches in the Housing Hope model of providing affordable housing is mission-critical. They hit the ground running with residents offering support and growth opportunities, which may include recovery support, assistance addressing their child’s physical or behavioral health needs, connecting with food assistance, financial management classes, cooking classes, joining a grief and loss group, art classes, and accessing our own on-site Mental Health Therapist.
They share a passion for coming alongside folks and helping them reach their goals. They believe that every one of our residents is important and deserving of being heard, valued, and included. When you give to Housing Hope, you support this type of programming and the interpersonal services that support growth and change in our communities.
Help us continue to grow in Snohomish County and share these experiences with your friends and neighbors! If we all lean in, we can make a difference right here at home.
