This past Saturday, nine dedicated volunteers gathered early in the morning to prepare the grounds at Scriber Place for our upcoming groundbreaking ceremony on Wednesday, October 1st. Their mission was clear: clean up the surrounding area to ensure the site was ready for this significant milestone.
Volunteering to pick up trash might not top anyone's weekend to-do list, but these individuals approached the task with enthusiasm and a shared commitment to beautifying what will soon be a cornerstone of our community. Their efforts were truly inspiring.
We were honored to be joined by Lynnwood Council Member Robert Leutwyler, who eagerly pitched in to help make the property sparkle. Together, our volunteers removed nearly 20 full bags of trash, transforming the site into a welcoming space for the groundbreaking event.
A heartfelt thank you to Jeff, Jodi, Bert, Donna, Robert, Courtney, Brian, Liz, and Leslie for their hard work and dedication. Your contributions have set the stage for a groundbreaking that promises to be unforgettable!
We are thrilled to celebrate this milestone with everyone on Wednesday and look forward to seeing our community come together once again.
