GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY
Older Adult Housing Community
October 27th. 2026 | 11:30am | 2624 Rockefeller Ave, Everett, WA 98201
Join us on October 27 to celebrate the groundbreaking of Housing Hope’s next affordable housing community in Everett!
The new community will be built at 2624 Rockefeller Avenue on land that Everett United Church of Christ (EUCC) generously made available to Housing Hope, a decision rooted in the church’s mission and commitment to the community.
Featuring 67 affordable homes for adults age 55 and older, the development will help address the growing need for affordable housing among older adults in Snohomish County. Completion is expected in 2028.
No need to RSVP. The event begins at 11:30 am at 2624 Rockefeller Ave, Everett, WA 98201. We hope to see you there!

HopeWorks Job Training
Our Trainees In Action!
This past July, Housing Hope partnered with 16Eleven to produce our first-ever guest chef dining experience at the restaurant space Kindred Kitchen once occupied. Through this partnership, HopeWorks Trainees and Alumni had the opportunity to work alongside Chef Mike Lim and other chefs from 16Eleven in preparation for the Summer Dinner fundraiser on July 16th. Across multiple sessions, HopeWorks Trainees and Alumni learned new food preparation techniques, developed mouthwatering recipes, and honed their skills in presentation to produce an incredible menu for attendees of the fundraiser. The success of their efforts caught the eye of Chef Mike and the team which led to an alumnus being hired by 16Eleven!
This is what HopeWorks is all about; equipping those looking for a new direction in life with the skills they need to find employment and create lasting stability. Our program offers more than just culinary and kitchen experience, we also have pathways covering Admin & Office positions and Early Childhood Education roles. Each pathway partners with trainers from Housing Hope, Kindred Kitchen or Tomorrow's Hope for real on-the-job training opportunities.
Do you have a business or organization that is looking for dependable staff? Partner with us and meet your next hire! When you hire a HopeWorks graduate you can trust that your entry-level positions are staffed with workplace-ready individuals that have been through weeks of structured hands-on training supported by employment specialists. Graduates from our training academy are extremely motivated and are ready to begin the next chapter in their professional career.

Community of Hope 2027
Tickets are on sale!

Join us on Wednesday, February 24th, 2027Â for Community of Hope, our annual dinner specifically benefiting East Snohomish County properties and services. Funds raised stay in East County to support and honor our formerly unhoused residents and their journeys toward stability, independence, and growth.
Our fan favorite Dessert Dash is back! This year, proceeds from the Dessert Dash will support sending children from East County housing communities to summer camp in 2027, in partnership with The Boys & Girls Club of Monroe and The YMCA of Snohomish County.

Whether you’re a longtime attendee or this will be your first time, you truly won’t want to miss this special evening!

Thank You To Our Incredible Volunteers!
Your impact is felt across Snohomish County.
Volunteers have been making the difference. Throughout last year alone, 152 amazing individuals came together to volunteer for a combined total of 11,783 hours. When translated to estimated value of labor, that comes out to be just over $425,000. To put that in perspective, that is roughly the same amount of value donated to our agency as we received in donations during our Year End Appeal fundraiser in 2025! Needless to say, without such an amazing and dedicated group of volunteers, Housing Hope would not be nearly as able to provide for our residents across Snohomish County. Volunteers truly make the difference.
