Alliance Place - Lynnwood

Housing Hope is utilizing Sound Transit's Transit Oriented Development (TOD) program to create an innovative mixed-use community aimed at addressing the critical need for affordable housing and community-based services in South Snohomish County. Located adjacent to the Lynnwood City Center light rail station, this project will feature 167 affordable housing units, commercial spaces for medical and dental healthcare provided by Community Health Center of Snohomish County (CHC), behavioral healthcare provided by Center for Human Services (CHS), childcare, café, job training, and a restored fish-passable stream.
