Alliance Place - Lynnwood

Housing Hope is utilizing Sound Transit's Transit Oriented Development (TOD) program to create an innovative mixed-use community aimed at addressing the critical need for affordable housing and community-based services in South Snohomish County. Located adjacent to the Lynnwood City Center light rail station, this project will feature over 150 affordable housing units as well as commercial spaces for behavioral healthcare provided by Center for Human Services (CHS), childcare, café, job training, and a restored fish-passable stream.
