CRIMINAL HISTORY CHECK
Housing Hope requires all applicants to undergo criminal records investigations once a verbal offer of employment has been given and prior to employment. If a verbal offer of employment is made, an additional criminal history information form will be required. A criminal background result may not necessarily bar me from employment and will be considered in compliance with Washington State law and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

I hereby release all parties and persons connected with any such request for information from all claims, liabilities, and damages for any reason arising out of the furnishing of such information.
