| Basic Eligibility Requirements |
 |
Applicants must meet the following loan criteria:
- Minimum income of approximately $32,000 +/- per year, depending on loan amount.
- Not to exceed USDA Income Limits (adjusted annually)

- Not currently a homeowner.
- Meet basic credit standards and debt ratios.
- With your helpers, contribute a minimum of 30 hours of labor per week.
- Willing to work with the other Building Group households until all homes are done.
- Have US citizenship or acceptable immigration status.
